    SHOPPING

For women, shopping is like talking. To go shopping does not have to mean you have a necessity for it or a purpose, you can go anywhere and at any time, and you can even be there for a few hours. Most persons don’t have a specific purpose in mind. Women think of shopping as of a thing than makes them younger and happier, even if in the end they just look and buy nothing. This rather chaotic way to shop would most probably cause a cerebral accident to any man in less than 20 minutes.

In order to feel right, the man needs an objective, a goal, a pre-settled program. He is the one hunting for lunch after all, that is his mission. He wants to “catch” something fast to bring home.

When shopping, most men begin to feel frustrated and anxious in a clothes store, while women try on clothes after clothes, wait for the man’s opinions and end up buying nothing. Women love to try one clothes, as many as possible, because this thing corresponds to a mental typology – each outfit fits a feeling or a desire.

Clothes, in man’s case only reflect the typical masculine state of spirit – it has to be predicable, conservatory and with a precise outcome. That is why you can always know when a man left his wife or girlfriend to buy him clothes. One of eight men doesn’t distinguish colors and most of them assort outfits badly. Still there are men that have great qualities in this area, but they have been brought up with fashion and they grew used to shopping since they were little.

To convince a man to go shopping, he must be given strict criteria like colors, dimensions, fabricants, styles, and he also has to know where he is going to shop and how much it is going to take. With such clear objective the man will be more than happy to go shopping.

When a woman tries on a new dress and she asks the man: “How do I look?” she will probably get a simple answer like “Good” or “Perfect”. And this doesn’t mean he has a point for him just for answering the question. To get more pleasant to the woman, he has to answer how another woman would, with as many details as possible.

For example when a man says: “Wow! You look incredible! This color fits you perfectly and the model enhances your waist – the boots are an incredible match. You look splendid.” then most women will be extremely impressed.

    VVWALKING YOUR DOG ELEVEN RULES

When we walk our dog, no matter the destination on the city streets, in parks or in open spaces it is necessary that he respects the disciplinary rules settled before and learned, to avoid getting into problems with other animals or people we meet.

So lets see how our little friend will have to act in some situations:

    1. Usually, in crowded places we will keep him in a leash, to always have him under control. So he will have to know how to walk in a leash, near your foot, without pulling.

    2. The dog is not allowed to jump on people or animals met or to attack any of those, as long as he isnt aggressed.

    3. The dog shouldnt run after bicycles, motorcycles, cars or people that are running. It is know that some dogs do that because of their hunting instincts.

    4. When we let the dog free, to relax, it is crucial that when he is called he return on the shortest way and as fast as possible.

    5. At a picnic, the dog is not allowed to pass thought other peoples carpets or to eat their food.

    6. Wherever our dog might be, he is not to be allowed to eat food given by someone else or food found thrown around.

    7. Generally, small dogs are more spoiled than big dogs and they are more aggressive, anti-social and afraid of other people or dogs. The ones to blame are the owners that often amuse themselves when they see their dogs acting this way. This way the dogs get to barking and even biting their own owner.

    8. The dog must have the initial training learned and practiced, so we would have no problems when walking him.

    9. All through the walk, the dog is not to chew on his leash or to pull it with his teeth, because it might happen that he is tied somewhere alone and he will chew on it until he becomes free and gets lost.

    10. The dog is not allowed to jump up and out his front paws on us or others even if he is just playing.

    11. Pay attention to drunken people! Many times the smell, the walk and the yelling of drunken people annoy the dog. The dog is to loose his reality sense and his instincts and therefore they wont pay attention to any of our advices. Some drunken people are even aggressive to dogs. Stay away from them as much as possible.

They serve different purposes and contain a different set of information that is helpful to jewelry owners, as well as to people who are looking for new jewelry to purchase. Jewelry lab certificates and appraisals often go hand in hand, but the lab certificate is a document that describes information about an unmounted gem stone, like a diamond that has not been set into any piece of jewelry, while the appraisal provides detailed information on the market value of a piece of jewelry, whether it is unmounted or already set as a ring, earrings, or necklace for example. Choosing Labs and Appraisals When selecting jewelry lab certificates and appraisals on jewelry that you are considering to purchase, it is best to select an independent company that provides these documents rather than rely on the documents created by the company that you are planning to buy your jewelry from. Otherwise, you face the potential for the lab or appraiser to be biased, since they will benefit from the sale of jewelry. If you already have jewelry lab certificates and appraisals on your existing jewelry, but are unsure of their accuracy, it may be worthwhile to have your items appraised again to see what their current market value is. Jewelry Lab Certificates Jewelry lab certificates are written reports that detail unmounted gemstones rather than completed pieces of jewelry. The certificates include information about the diamonds (or other gemstone) cut and shape, as well as the stone's color and clarity grades as decided by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Lab certificates contain specifics about the carat weight as well as the dimensions of the diamond, taking into account the stone's angles. Once the lab certificate is drawn up, it should not change unless the stone is physically altered or it is found at a later date that the gem stone was evaluated incorrectly the first time. Jewelry Appraisals The entire reason people obtain jewelry lab certificates and appraisals is to document the dollar value of the diamond, whether it is for personal investment purposes, or in order to have a physical record of the gem stone for insurance purposes. It is also great documentation to have if you ever decide to sell your jewelry at a future date, or pass it down to family members. It is wise to have your existing valuable jewelry appraised in case it is stolen, or in the event you go through a divorce or estate settlement. Before purchasing a new piece of jewelry you can also get it appraised to get a good idea what the market value is on the piece before shelling out large amounts of money to pay for it if it isn't worth the amount of money they are asking for the piece. • Refinance

    Refinance Home Loans

There are several reasons that people may look to refinance home loans. Probably the most common is to take advantage of lowered interest rates. Some of the other reasons people refinance home loans is to pay off high priced credit cards, make home improvements, and rebuild credit rating that has taken a turn for the worse.

What is involved when borrowers look to refinance home loans? When you refinance you normally just pay off the old mortgage and sign a new mortgage. Now this will also mean most of the same costs you had when you signed the original mortgage. Depending upon your State or the terms of your mortgage you may pay a penalty for paying the note off early.

Individuals who refinance home loans look at several things before doing so. Look for a company that may be willing to waive the normal fees. These include such things as an application fee, legal fees and appraisal fees. This are all normally associated with closing fees on a new mortgage. This could save thousands of dollars. It would give you a higher monthly payment but this could be still acceptable with a small rate decrease.
How long do you plan on staying in your home? If the answer is just a few months the monthly savings may not have time to catch up to the costs involved if you were not able to secure a loan from a company who will refinance home loans but will not waive fees involved. What are the new rates? As a rule try and find a rate that is minimum 2 points below your current mortgage rate.

Some who refinance home loans do so with the intention of building equity in their home faster. Now with this type of loan your month cost will be higher even with a lower rate. The benefit is you build equity faster and pay less interest over the length of the mortgage. If you wanted to refinance a 30 year mortgage to a 15 but the cost was to high you may want to check about a 20 year mortgage to still be able to take advantage of the lower rates.

The last important point to remember with companies who refinance home loans. Try and get a guarantee on the rate so that it is locked in during closing. This will keep the rate the same even if it should go up prior to your closing. You could even try and see if they will agree to a rate decrease if that should occur before closing. The refinance of home loans is competitive enough that if a company will not do either of those option. You may want to check with another company. The ultimate goal is to reduce your payments or to increase the equity of your home in a shorter time.

  • Sports Betting 1

    Sports Betting-1

    Moneyline Bet

“Money line” is a bet which is exclusively on the result of the game, regardless of the spread. The money line generally indicated by the word “even” and can either be a positive or negative number. But usually the negative number represents favorite team. It represents the placed odds, and is always based on $100. This will be paid to the winning team.

Suppose two teams; Georges and Jacks are listed at:
    • Georges –250
    • Jacks 200

The negative (–) sign opposite to Georges, indicates it as the favored team to win. Here the wagerer will win $100 for every $250 bet on Georges. If the bet is on the Jacks, wagerer would get $200 for every $100 bet.

    Parlay Bet

When a wagerer bets on ‘parlay’, he bets on two or more games together in one bet. Parlay offers a great benefit to its wagerer by giving a high return for a comparatively low investment. A ‘four-way parlay’ or more parlay indicates the number of involved games in the bet. It also indicates how high the payout will be. The more the number of involved games, the higher the payout will be.

Suppose a wagerer placed a four-way parlay on the Tigers, Jupiters, Leopards, and Rockers. If all the three teams win, the wagerer will get $400 for every $100 bet. But incase if any one of these teams loses the game, the wagerer will lose his parlay bet.

    Point Spread Bet

‘Point spread’ is the bet where there are two teams; one team with a negative (–) number and the other with a positive (+) number. The negative number indicates the favorite team, whereas the positive number is for the underdog team.

Now, suppose there are two teams, Arizona and San Francisco which are listed at:

    Away Home
    • Arizona –8.0 –120
    • San Francisco +8.0 –120

In the above example, “–8.0” is opposite to the Arizona which clearly indicates that they are the favorite. If the bet is on the Arizona to win, they must win by more than three points. Here San Francisco are the underdog as the “+8.0” points are opposite to it. So, if the bet is on the San Francisco to win, they must either win, or not lose by more than ‘8’ points. Here, the second number opposite to each team is showing the payout of the winning bet. This means that a winning wagerer will get $100 for every $120 bet. The bet will be fallen on the spread, if Arizona wins by exactly “8” points. In this case, all bets will be canceled and the stakes will be returned.

     A Common Heritage
The United Sates of America and Australia have been friends and allies for many years, and the ties born of shared hardships in war and shared cultural history are strong indeed.
An interesting but perhaps not well known fact is that are some features of the two systems of government which are surprisingly similar. I am not referring to the democratic nature of our two systems, which is none-the-less true and something in which we both peoples can take pride.
I have in mind the structure of our elective legislatures, and in particular the influence that one (the U.S.) had on the other (Australia).
Both our nations had their origin as British colonies, or more correctly, groups of British colonies. In each case the groups of colonies came together to form a new nation based on a federal union of those colonies into a group of states making up one independent country. The United States was formed toward the end of the eighteenth century after the American Revolution. Australia was formed at the end of the nineteenth century by a more peaceful federation movement. By then the British had learned that we pesky colonials are best not messed with.
A major influence on Australian thinking during the federation debates in the late nineteenth century was the obvious success of the American Federal Republic. Many Australians at the time saw the American model as the one to follow. More conservative thinking prevailed, and the final structure of our parliamentary system of government largely copied that of the British parliament in Westminster. Australia does, however, have a House of Representatives and a Senate as the houses of its parliament. The Senate was originally planned as a states house, and has a fixed number of Senators elected from each state. The Senate, elected as a States House, was modeled on the American example. The role of the Australian Senate as a states house was taken so seriously that for the first sittings of the Australian Parliament, the Senators from Western Australia ignored their party allegiances and sat as a group representing their state. Today, the party allegiances do tend to prevail.
Some commentators in Australia have described the Australian system as the Washminster system, so clearly can the influences of both The United States and Great Britain be seen.

    LLDental plans and Dental insurance

Dental coverage is normally not underwritten by insurance companies because the treatment and medication of dental needs are predictable and follow a time table. No individual would opt for a dental insurance plan if he were to pay more in premium than in annual dental charges, and the insurance company would lose money if they pay more in claims than the premium collected for each policy they underwrite.

Despite these drawbacks, some companies offer dental benefits by group discount schemes. These are also called discounted dental plans or affordable dental plans. These are a kind of clubs where membership costs a little money monthly or annually where the members can avail of dental services at a discounted rate. The dental service providers or dentists affiliated to these clubs have agreed to provide dental services at a discounted rate. The payment is made directly by the patient to the dentist, no paperwork or claims or future hassles. These clubs only do matchmaking between the patient and the dentist, earning money in the process. The dentist in turns gains to earn due to larger volumes of work. The patient gets the service at a discounted rate. Its a WIN-WIN for all parties involved.

Dental Insurance when offered is again a complicated issue. The insurance company generally stresses upon background checks and pre-existing conditions. After this goes through you have to wait out until the coverage starts. When the treatment is actually undergone, a lot of paperwork regarding claims, %age exclusions etc. come to the fore where it becomes more of a pain to actually undergo and finish the process of reimbursement.

However insurance has its own benefits and plans have their own. A lot of employers also provide dental insurance whereupon the need for plans ceases for the individual. Its for the individual to decide between the two as per their requirement, needs and current situation.

    VV:Eating at winter

Winters often causes us to gain weight. Every winter we add a few pounds. Most persons really add those pounds that are hard to lose afterwards. Its known that during the winter we are more likely to gain weight, and then in the spring and summer we will pass time trying to lose those pounds we weight more than we should.

    What causes this phenomenon?

There is no logical explanation to properly demonstrate the theory of gaining weight in the winter, but there are some potential causes that can inflict this.

Genetic predisposition it is possible that our genes to be programmed to consume more aliments high on fats and more alcohol during periods with low temperatures. A plausible explanation would be that our ancestors needed a significant quantity of fats in their organism jus to survive through these periods and that quantity acted as fuel for fighting the cold. Scientists say that we inherited these genes, and along with them the need to consume aliments that are high on fats during winters.

The level of some hormones the interaction of different chemicals and hormones inside the human brain can cause variations in appetite and aliment consumption. Some neuron-transmitters, substances that have the role to transmit information from a nervous cell to the other, can influence the way we eat. When the level of these neuron-transmitters is low (a phenomenon that is highly encountered with over-weighed persons) can create an permanent appetite and can have a great influence over our psychic stages (it will increase depression, cause sleep disorders). Some persons often at winter feel depressed, as a reaction of less day hours because of the shorter days. Our body reacts to depression, producing a bigger quantity of neuron-transmitters another way to combat depression is to eat aliments rich in carbohydrates.

Unfortunately, aliments with carbohydrates (chips, cookies and pies, chocolate) also have fats in them, so an excessive use on a long period of time will surely lead to weight problems. The solution is to make sure we are eating the aliments that have in them carbohydrates and fibers to combat depression and without having to deal with extra pounds.

The lack of exercise it is obvious that physical activity is not very enjoyable in the winter, compared to the freedom of movement summer offers us. In the winter however you must not abandon sports because cold and rains or snow. this appears to be the main reason that causes weight problems during the winter we have many calories within our body, but we never transform them to energy because we make no physical effort, so naturally, they will add up to our weight.

  • LENDING MONEY

    LENDING MONEY

When a friend or a family member asks you for money you can be faced with a delicate situation. Thinking it is your duty to help that person, sometimes you end up hurting yourself. Try, when you can’t resist a close person, to analyze first all the data of the problem.

    1. Analyze with you heart and mind
Look at the situation with the objectivity of a bank, combined with the sympathy you feel for a friend. If your heart and head agree you probably are not making a mistake helping him. If one of them tells you “No!” there is probably something wrong.

    2. Consult with someone else
If a friend asks you for money, ask a third person and rely on his or hers objectivity, a person that can be another friend or a family member with a trusted intelligence.

    3. Don’t be afraid to say no
Never hesitate to refuse someone if the situation involves too many risks. Search for other helping options for that person. Conduct the conversation in such a manner that your friend will understand you are refusing the request not the person that made it.

    4. Lending equals giving a gift?
You can suggest to that person that, if his of hers financial situation improves in the future, you will be glad to get a present that would equal the money you lent to them.

    5. For your safety, sign a contract.
When you are about to give away significant amounts of money, sign, each of you, a contract that settles the conditions and the return date of the money, and also their total amount.

What is making this type of loan so popular? What other options are available to potential Washington home buyers. If you have a desire for a lower initial monthly payment, lower payments over shorter period of time, the possibility that if rates improve your rates could go down giving you lower payments, the fact you may qualify for even an even higher loan amount which would allow you to purchase a larger house than originally you thought this may be an option you should investigate. There are a couple of other things you may need to consider. Your payments may change over time. There is also the potential for higher payments if the rates go up. These interest only loans are normally interest only for a specific period of time. The normal time is 4 to 11 years then the payment is raised to a normal level. This type of an option can be placed on any type of mortgage so you still will need to plan carefully since it will resort back to the original mortgage you have. The best candidate for an interest-only loan would be someone who could afford to pay for the home with a typical fixed-rate, 30-year mortgage. The reason they would choose an interest only is it is part of a financial plan they have for the future. Washington home loans are made available thru several other programs. The Homeownership Opportunity Initiative was created to make home financing more available and easy for working families. They also have the HomeSite program. This unique program is based on need and provides the home owner opportunity to modest income first time home buyers. A bit about down payment assistance and what it means. Most of the Washington home loans have programs to assist with down payment issues. Many people believe this is free money, most of the time it is not. Many of these programs are actually a second mortgage that has low interest rates or deferred payments. Now you may be able to qualify for a Grant. This does not have to be paid back. It is normally paid back if you sell your home within a certain amount of time however. Most of these programs have income restrictions. These normally require buyers to be below 80% or at 80% of the Area Median Income to qualify. So along with the normal loans such as a standard 30 year mortgage Washington also allows the buy a choice of several other programs to assist in getting the house of your dreams. It is suggested before deciding on any of the Washington home loans, you develop a financial plan and speak to a mortgage professional with any questions that you may have. $ D q F O a b c d , D ^ _ hD'h hh64h64 hh hD'hD'hhD'hk?-hPJh:)c d _ ` 56gdD'gd:$a$gd:,1h/ =!"#$% @@@ NormalCJ_HaJmH sH tH DA@D Default Paragraph FontRi@R Table Normal4 l4a (k@(No List cd_`5 6 0000000000000000cd_` K08ϠK0K0K0K0K0K08 9Su:S";Sk<S4`#=S!>S @o?ST”@S[“ASd|MBSmMCSMDSlZZ``y y
